Shipping & Returns

* We are not currently taking orders for international delivery as we seek advice on how best to proceed due to brexit.  Sorry for any inconvenience. 

We want you to be happy with your purchase so please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me if you are not entirely satisfied. Any items returned will need to be unused in its original packaging and returned within 14 days for an exchange or refund. You will be responsible for the cost of the return unless the product you received is faulty/damaged.
In the  unlikely event you happen to receive damaged goods can you please take a photograph and email it to us within 48 hours so we can claim from our postal carrier.

Postage and packaging has a flat rate of £4.95 and all products come gift wrapped as standard.
Delivery to the highlands,  and Ireland cost more therefore the flat rate is set at £9.95
We offer free delivery on all orders over £60 to the UK mainland & Northern Ireland only.
 

All items are sent via courier or via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Once you have placed an order, it will be dispatched either the same working day or the next working day depending on the time the order was placed. You should therefore typically expect delivery 3-5 working days after we receive your order, however please allow up to 10 working days for your items to arrive from the date of purchase. Some orders may arrive in more than one parcel and via different couriers and may require a signature.

Recycling 

We try to recycle our packaging as much as possible, therefore your order may not arrive in a brand new box, we hope you will support us in this decision.
